How it works

Five things your coach handles, so you don't have to.

Screen recording, no sound. A barbell back squat set to 135 pounds. Taps on plus raise it to 145, then 155 pounds, and the plates on each side of the bar are redrawn each time. A tap on the unit switch changes it to 70 kilograms, with the message Now in kg for this exercise.

Screen recording, no sound. A dumbbell curl set to 10 pounds, with two dumbbells drawn. A tap on Why opens a sheet titled Why this weight: last 10 pounds, next a pair of 10 pound dumbbells, progression Hold, high confidence.

Screen recording, no sound. The home screen shows today's full-body workout at about 42 minutes. The morning check-in asks five quick questions, answered Poor sleep, Tired, High stress, Sore and no pain. The result is Low, 25 out of 100. Back on the home screen, the same workout now reads about 32 minutes: Low check-in, lighter session today.

Steel Peak recovery screen: a muscle map of the body colored worked, recovering and fresh, with today's load matched to recovery. Steel Peak climb screen: climbing Mount Kosciuszko, 1,745 of 7,310 feet, on the mountain's real outline. Next workout climbs plus 19 percent from today's goals, up to 25 percent when every goal is met.
Nutrition card: 2,766 calories left today, with protein, carbs and fat targets. Summit card: Mount Washington, 6,288 feet, you reached the top, after 11 workouts and 26 days on track.

01 · The weight

Your coach sets the weight.

Every set already has a weight on it, set from what you actually logged last time. Hit your target reps at the planned effort and it moves up.

  • Plates and dumbbells drawn for the exact weight
  • lb or kg, per exercise

02 · The reason

And tells you why.

Tap “Why?” on any set. You'll see the last weight, the next one, whether to hold or go up, and how confident your coach is.

03 · Your day

It adapts to your day.

A 15-second morning check-in. On a rough day, the session gets lighter automatically.

  • Report pain mid-set and it plans around it
  • Home or gym, built around what you have

04 · Food and recovery

Eat for it. Recover from it.

Log food against protein and water targets, or follow a meal plan. A muscle map shows what's worked, recovering and fresh.

05 · The climb

Every workout climbs a mountain.

Train and you climb 30 real mountains. Hit your daily goals and your next workout climbs up to 25% further.

The climb

Table Mountain to Everest.

30 real mountains, each drawn from its real outline. Workouts move you up. Daily goals boost your next climb by up to 25%.

Everest, drawn from its real outline, with a climbing trail from the foot to the summit

All 30 peaks, in climbing order.
